About the Journal

Journal of Manufacturing and Intelligent Systems (JMIS) is an international, peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing fundamental and applied research at the intersection of manufacturing engineering and intelligent systems. The journal provides a multidisciplinary platform for high-quality studies addressing both conventional and advanced manufacturing processes enhanced by data-driven, computational, and intelligent approaches.

The scope of the journal encompasses, but is not limited to, additive and subtractive manufacturing, digital and smart manufacturing, process optimization, surface engineering, materials processing, intelligent sensing, machine learning and artificial intelligence in manufacturing, cyber–physical systems, robotics, and sustainable production technologies.
